Junior.

Junior Squad is for the clubs younger swimmers who have gained regional and national times. There training is base on endurance, technique, speed and recovery. They train a minimum of 5 one and a half hour sessions per week to a maximum of 7 sessions per week.

Junior Training Times.

Monday 7.00pm to 8.30pm

Tuesday 5.30pm to 6.30pm (Land) 7.00pm to 8.30pm (Pool)

Wednesday 6.00pm to 6.30pm (Land) 6.30pm to 8.00pm (Pool)

Thursday 5.45am to 7.45am7.00pm to 8.30pm

Friday 6.30pm to 8.00pm

Saturday 8.30am to 10.30am Land Training 10.30am to 11.30am
