Senior
The Senior Squad is for swimmers who have gained County & regional times, they train a minimum of 3 one to one and a half hour sessions per week to a maximum of 4 sessions per week, plus 2 sessions of land training.
The sessions during the week are based on endurance, speed and technique, recovery & land training.

Tuesday 4.00pm to 5.00pm Land Training 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Wednesday 6.30pm to 8.00pm Land Training 6.00pm to 6.30pm
Thursday 5.45am to 7.45am
